Backed with a decade experience within PwC, both in Malta and overseas, Julian is a seasoned deal advisor with past involvement in local and cross-border transactions, from buy-side and sell-side perspectives. His expertise covers transaction services, business valuations, price negotiations, and bid support.

Julian has worked with clients across diverse industries, with a specialised focus on the gaming value chain—including online B2C operators, B2B solutions (game providers, integrators, platform solutions),affiliate marketing, and retail-based casino and sports operators.

Leveraging his experience on both sides of the table, Julian is well-placed to guide clients through every stage of the deal process: from investor introductions to advising on key value issues to be addressed prior to the go-to-market exercise, drafting investment materials, evaluating non-binding offers, and supporting clients with the diligence process.
